Delivery
At Naeel Women, we offer a flat shipping rate of 200 PKR per order for all deliveries within Pakistan.
Orders outside Karachi may take up to 4-5 working days for delivery,
while orders within Karachi will be delivered within 1 working day.
Returns
Return is only valid if the item(s) is damaged or we sent the wrong item(s).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at naeelfabrics@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
The item(s) must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 working days.
